Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has launched Pakistan’s first fully women-only digital police station and the new 1Info mobile app in Islamabad, providing 24/7 protection for women and children. Through the app or the helpline 1815, citizens can now file emergency complaints without visiting a police station. All cases are handled by female officers, ensuring privacy and empathy.

Naqvi praised IG Ali Nasir Rizvi for making the project possible, stressing the importance of digital services for women and vulnerable groups. He noted that calls to 15 are redirected to 1815 using AI technology, with first responders reaching victims in just seven minutes.
The minister also announced plans to expand Safe City systems, with more surveillance cameras and AI integration to prevent crime and speed up investigations. The Safe City project has already solved major cases, including the Faheem Sardar case.
Naqvi urged citizens to use these new tools, promising safer, smarter, and more inclusive policing for Pakistan.
