The Sultanate of Oman has unveiled the Omani Scholarship Program 2025-26, offering fully funded undergraduate opportunities for Pakistani students in selected fields.
According to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, the scholarships cover disciplines such as Engineering, Humanities, Information Technology, and Sciences. However, Medicine is excluded from the program. Successful candidates will be placed at selected universities in Oman, recognized for their academic excellence and modern learning facilities.
Key Benefits of the Scholarship
The Omani government is providing a generous package to ensure students can focus on their studies without financial burden. Benefits include:
- 100% tuition fee waiver (no university costs)
- Monthly stipend: OMR 200 (without housing) or OMR 140 (with accommodation)
- One round-trip air ticket per year for family visits to Pakistan
Deadline and Eligibility
The deadline to apply is September 23, 2025, and students are strongly encouraged to submit applications early. Only eligible Pakistani students can apply for Scholarships, and selection will be based on merit and academic performance.
